We are licensed by Brussels Environment (IBGE - BIM) to carry any certification in Energy Performance of Building for your house or your apartment for sale or rent.

Tertiary EPB Certificate for offices and services:

We are licensed by Brussels Environment to provide you with a Certificate in Energy Performance for commercial buildings throughout the Brussels Capital Region. This expertise covers the areas assigned to the function of offices and services and a surface greater than or equal to 500 m².

Electrical inspection:

We can provide an electrical compliance certificate combined or not, with your EPC EPB certificate.
The electrical compliance certificate, electrical installation report, electrical inspection can be executed in all regions in Belgium (Brussels, Flanders, and Wallonia).

Gas inspection:

We can provide gas installation compliance. This control can be executed in all regions in Belgium (Brussels, Flanders, and Wallonia).

fuel oil tank inspection:

We can provide fuel oil tank compliance. This control can be executed in all regions in Belgium (Brussels, Flanders, and Wallonia).

Heating system audit:

We can control your heating system in order to reach the obligation regarding heating system. We perform heating system reception and heating system diagnosis for heating system of type 1 and type 2 based on H100 audit.
